• The Havenwoods campus celebrates its 9-year anniversary on April 28, 2015
  • Havenwoods Neighborhood youth crime dropped 30% since Lighthouse Youth Center (LYC) opened in 2006
  • The Block Watch and the neighborhood are now named after Lighthouse

• The Garden Homes campus celebrates its 3-year anniversary on April 28, 2015

   

• 52,238 student visits have been made to the two LYC campuses since 2006

• Over 2,400 unique students have been served by the two LYC campuses since 2006

   

• On average, 65 students attend one of the two LYC campuses every day

   

• 100% of students who attend LYC at least 2 times/week graduate from high school

   

• Graduates of Lighthouse attend such institutions as UWM, MATC, & WCTC to further their post-secondary education

• The LYC Jobs Training Program includes monthly business tours and has placed several students in jobs within neighborhood businesses
